Bettei-Otozure is a small luxury Japanese style hotel nestled in the green surroundings in Nagato Yumoto Onsen, the oldest hot spring in Yamaguchi. In 2024, Bettei-Otozure was selected as one of the Michelin Key hotels by the Michelin Guide, making it the only hotel to receive this recognition in Yamaguchi prefecture.

Elegantly greeted by Matcha served in the tearoom, guests are escorted to your room characterized by a combination of Japanese traditions and western hotel's comfort.

The highlight is onsen (hot spring) bath. Each guestroom features a private open-air hot-spring bath, while communal baths you can use in Bettei Otozure and Otani Sanso - a sister ryokan connected by enclosed walkway - add another layer of enjoyment of staying in this ryokan.
