A cancellation of private tours are subject to the following charges.

- In case of cancellation after the payment of the travel cost is completed, the amount deducting cancellation charges, bank handling charges and the other costs charged by travel service providers (railway company, accommodation etc.) from the amount already paid will be remitted to the bank account specified by the customer.
- Date of cancellation refers to the date and time when cancellation notice is received by us based on Japan time, instead of the local date and time when cancellation notice is sent from the customer.
